Human Kinetics Releases Much-anticipated Book on Healthy Eating

Active Living Partners is pleased to announce the release of their newest book, Healthy Eating Every Day. The book is available for individual purchase and will also serve as the textbook for the upcoming course of the same name. Developed in cooperation with The Cooper Institute, Healthy Eating Every Day offers a sensible alternative to the countless fad diet books on the market. This evidence-based book and upcoming course address the root causes of unhealthy eating and help people establish lifelong healthy eating habits.

Proper diet is a critical component in the prevention of numerous diseases and health conditions, including obesity, heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, and osteoporosis. Can we sign up?” says Tracy Slate, an Active Living Every Day facilitator with The Oasis Institute in San Antonio. “We hope to offer it first to the graduates of Active Living Every Day, who will then help us to promote the program.”
