Ever wondered just what foods are the healthiest options in each aisle at the grocery store? Or do you think people need practice in choosing healthy foods at a restaurant? Using fun, interactive games in the Healthy Eating Every Day Online course, you can help people learn these and other strategies for improving their food choices and health. And now, the online tools are included for every person who participates in a Healthy Eating Every Day class or purchases the participant package on their own. The only option for purchasing the Healthy Eating Every Day curriculum now is the Healthy Eating Every Day Participant Package, which includes the text and access to the online tools. Plus, the participant package’s prices have been reduced from $49.95 to $34.95, which translates into a $15 savings! As of March 1, Human Kinetics no longer sells the Healthy Eating Every Day book or online version by itself.
The Healthy Eating Every Day book is the text for all Healthy Eating Every Day classes. It is an excellent resource that helps participants improve the quality of their diets through balanced eating. In addition to the Healthy Eating Every Day text, purchasers of the package will receive one-year access to the online resources. The online resources give participants fun and interactive tools to assist them in applying the concepts to real-life situations.
At the end of the 20-week program, participants will have learned about the Healthy Eating Every Day philosophy and how to apply that philosophy to their own lives. Participants also will learn the importance of making healthy eating a part of a healthy lifestyle and how to assess their current diets, identify and address triggers to unhealthy eating, engage in healthy shopping strategies, balance calories with physical activity, and much, much more!
The Healthy Eating Every Day curriculum provides flexible delivery options. The program can be delivered in weekly in-person group sessions, through online participation with facilitator support, or in a hybrid format that combines online participation with periodic group sessions.
